The Railway Museum

メイン会場（旧市民会館おおみや）は、開催期間中、日々変化し続ける。大ホールでは音楽ライブ、パフォーミング・アーツの公演、映画上映など多様な演目を開催。公演のない日にもそれらの準備やリハーサル風景を公開する。さまざまな展示やイベントが市内各所で展開され、芸術祭期間中、さいたまの街に膨大な“営みの集合体”が発生する。

Who do you have in mind when you say “we”? Saitama is a typically Japanese “city for living.” It is constantly sending its residents into the nation’s capital, only to welcome them back; it is a city that observes its people from up close, quietly from the side; how they continue to push toward the epicenter in their obsessive pursuit for sustained development.
